I cannot access iView HD Channels or cannot login, it keeps loading. Why?
A. Exit the app → Go to Android Settings → Apps → iView HD → Clear Cache + Clear Data. Restart modem, WiFi, and box.
B. Uninstall and reinstall the iView HD APK.
C. If still not working, contact us for help.
Can I share one activated code on more than one device?
No. One code works on only one device at a time.
Can I transfer my code to another device if my current one is broken?
Yes, we support transfer for 3/6/12 months codes. 1-month codes are not supported.
My box is broken. How to transfer subscription to new device?
Send us the old code and the new device ID (from Account Info page). We will transfer it for you.
Can iView HD run on MAG Box?
No, it does not support MAG250/254. It works on Android devices, Enigma2 boxes, etc.
Can iView HD run on Samsung Smart TV?
Yes, if your Samsung TV supports installing third-party APK files.
How to add channels to favourites in iView IPTV app?
Menu → Account Info → FAV Manage → Select channels you want to add.
What devices does iView HD support?
Android TV Box, Android TV Stick, Tablet, Phone, Enigma2 receivers (Normal version only).
Difference between Trial Code and Paid Subscription?
Trial = 3 days (limited channels). Paid = Full channels including EPL, Nova, OTE, etc.

No, iView HD does not support M3U playlist.

1. Make sure you entered the correct code.
2. Check if you installed the correct version (Normal Blue vs Plus Red).
